When should I arrive for Symposium?If you are an international or west coast attendee, you should arrive on Sunday, July 28th. If you are not traveling from those locations and book a room at the Gaylord for Sunday night, you might be asked to change your travel plans to accommodate those attending from far locations.
The hotel block is full. What do I do?There are several overflow hotels in the area that you will be able to book. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a list of those hotels.
What should I wear?Dress code for Symposium sessions is business casual.
Collared shirts or crew neck sweaters, slacks, professional shoes – laced or slip on, blouses, sweaters or tops, modest necklines, slacks and dresses and skirts of appropriate length, professional shoes. No jeans please
